WoundCentrics has announced a new management services agreement with Baptist Health Arkansas to manage the wound care and hyperbaric programs in North Little Rock and Fort Smith, Arkansas.

WoundCentrics began providing its services on May 25, 2026.  The Baptist Health outpatient wound care programs offer advanced treatment for non-healing, chronic wounds, including hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Dr. Landon Humphrey will serve as the primary physician in North Little Rock and as the Medical Director for both wound care centers.

“We are excited to have been given the opportunity to collaborate with such a well-respected organization as Baptist Health Arkansas,” stated Stuart Oertli, Chief Operating Officer at WoundCentrics. “Our organization’s mission and values align well with our new partners, and we look forward to serving these communities in Arkansas by healing complex wounds and preventing limb loss.”

Marcus Gitterle, M.D., and Chief Medical Officer for WoundCentrics stated, “Our evidence-based wound care programs will build upon the excellent care already being provided at Baptist Health, particularly for patients with complex and high-risk conditions, such as diabetic foot ulcers, vascular disease, osteomyelitis, and soft-tissue radiation injuries, among other acute and chronic conditions.”
